WHAT IS PolicyDOC?

PolicyDOC is a web-based software application to manage corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, manage policy exceptions, report policy violations, and measure effectiveness of policies.

Using PolicyDOC, you can manage Information Security and other policies, procedures and policy exceptions.  Any changes to policies become instantly available to the end-user population through an intuitive web-based interface. Users can view and search policies, submit policy exception requests, and download updated policy documents straight to their desktop as PDF files. The software provides quick compliance for relevant sections of PCI, HIPAA, SOX and other regulations and industry standards.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS

As everyone knows that all policies can’t be implemented 100% at all times and there are always some exceptions. The software provides features to request policy exceptions. The exceptions can be granted after risk analysis from a security analyst. All of this is handled inside the application. The exceptions can be tracked inside the software and PDF files for exceptions approvals can also be created for records.

FEATURES

The software has a very good set of features and new features are being continuously developed based upon customer requests. It provides role based access for administrators, policy editors, and security analysts for exception handling. The software is designed to be used for organizations of all size in a cost effective manner.
